Booking Conditions
For all Functions and events
-Wisteria Room Hire - $250
-Stables Room Hire - $100 with beer garden $50 extra
*Jukebox - $40 freeplay (opt)
*Pool table - $40 freeplay (opt)
*Only available in the Wisteria Room
-Security is mandatory for all functions with 30 or more guests.
-Standard Security pricing available on enquiry.
-Deposit for room hire must be paid 2 weeks prior to date of function. The total amount outstanding must be paid in full 1 week prior to the function.
21st Birthday Party Conditions
-Room Hire $250.00
-Security (Minimum 1 x Guard) Thereafter depending on number of patrons.
$200.00 per guard
-Jukebox freeplay (opt) $40.00
-Pool Table freeplay (opt) $40.00
18th Birthday Party Conditions
-Room Hire $250.00
-Cleaning Fee $60.00
-Security $1000.00 x 5 Guards
-Bond (refundable if
no damage caused) $1000.00

Payment of the room hire is required at least 14 days prior to function. If cancelled within 14days of function room hire fee is non refundable. payment in full must be made 7 days before the function. we do not accept cheques and do not have eftpos facilities, only an ATM.
Catering to be arranged with the Kitchen.
Bar Tab (if required) to be arranged at the Bar.
Security fee covers 5 Security staff.
Security will:
1. Monitor carpark and premises
2. ensure uninvited guests are not permitted to enter function area.
3. issue wristbands fir identification of guests.
4. stamp across wristbands to identify to staff that proof of age has been sighted.
5. enforce a 10.30pm lockout. Guests leaving the licensed premises will not be re-admitted after 10.30. No guests will be admitted after 10.30pm without prior arrangement. Names of late arrivals must be provided to security.
6. request unruly guests to leave.
Damage caused by party will result in forfeiture of the bond.
In the event a minor (or a person appearing to be a minor without proof of age) is found to be drinking alcohol the entire party will be requested to leave the premises and all money forfeited.
Any person found to be bringing alcohol onto the premises will be asked to leave no negotiation.
Bands finish at 11.30pm in the main bar on Friday and Saturday nights, last drinks are called around midnight, function room is to be cleared by 12.30am.
